At EthicaLiving, we put a lot of love and passion into our products to make them into something we truly believe our customers will enjoy. All our product lines at are made to last for a long time and require minimal upkeep.
However if you feel we have missed the mark with a product you have purchased through our website, we will happily offer a refund or exchange on items in their original condition with packaging, returned to us within 30 days.
Items eligible for return or exchange must be new, unused and in good condition. If the item is faulty, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.
If a product/products you have purchased requires a refund, the items need to be sent back to us in their original condition within 30 days of date purchased. Once the items has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued and credit should appear in your account within 3-5 working days.
Exchanges are accepted on items which are purchased through our website which have either surpassed the 30 day refund period or you would simply like to purchase something else.
For all exchanges, we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order, as we can’t guarantee that the item will be available at the time the exchange is received.
To return or exchange items, please follow the below steps:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org providing us with the Order Number and reason for the return.
- We will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC). Please pack and seal your return securely, ensuring to clearly indicate your RAC on or inside the package when you send it back to us. This will allow us to identity your return more efficiently upon receiving it.
Items purchased which have surpassed the 30 day refund period may be eligible to be sent back and the credit balance be transferred on to an E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards are issued via email by EthicaLiving.co.uk and are not redeemable for cash, only merchandise through our website.
RETURNING & EXCHANGING GIFTS
Gifts may be returned or exchanged when accompanied with their original purchase order number.
For returns, the credit for the purchased item will be returned back to the purchaser’s account in the original form of payment used.
For exchanges, the item must be either equal to or lesser than the value of the original purchase. The credit amount will then be transferred on to an E-Gift card which may be used indefinitely.
Subject to conditions our products are protected by a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
If the product you have purchased becomes flawed in material or workmanship under normal use within the first year of use, we will replace it free of charge with the same or similar item.
Conditions & Exclusions:
- The warranty offered by EthicaLiving are non-transferable and do not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or any alteration, service or repair.
- Replacement are only sent once we’ve received your damaged item;
- Warranty replacement are only performed once for the same item.
- Warranty claims are not eligible for refund
