We are committed to doing everything within our power to ensure our customers’ orders are processed and sent on time. However please note that during the busier holiday periods the arrival dates cannot always be guaranteed.
We ship out orders 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. It can take up to 48 hours to process orders and once processed, they are shipped out and an email with your tracking number is sent out. Please note all parcels are shipped with signature requirement.

Duties & International Fees
Please note that fees may be charged for customs or import duties when packages arrive at its destination country. Fee’s on a shipment have to be paid by the receiver and are paid to your local courrier or government. Please also note that these fees are not implemented or collected by EthicaLiving and so cannot be refunded. EthicaLiving does not have control over of these fees and cannot estimate or confirm what these fees would be since customs policies and import duties vary for different countries. Our reccommendation is to contact the local customs office for information on fees before placing your order to avoid unforeseen charges.
For UK, European and International countries, we ship packages with duties and taxes and unpaid and can be subject to import duty. We are unaware of these charges and if contacted via our shipper, our customer will be responsible for these charges prior to receiving their order. Please contact your local customs office for further details of these charges.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that the shipping address is entered in correctly. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please let us know as soon as you can by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or sending us a DM to our Instagram account as soon as possible. As it takes us 48 hours to process orders, if notified in time, it will allow us to make the necessary changes. If however the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address, the courier may not accept an address change. If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied.
